Playing In My Toy Box

So I woke up in a great mood this morning. Mommy and Daddy decided to have a little bit of fun and they put me inside my toy box. This isn't the first time Mommy has done this to me. The picture above was taken at 5 weeks. Now I am 13 weeks old and more fun. I love my sesame street toys. Oscar the Grouch is my favorite. Mommy says I should be Oscar for Halloween.

I Can Roll Over!!!!

I learned how to roll over today! Mommy let me sleep on her bed for a quick nap while she played on the computer. I slept on my stomach and when Mommy turned around I was awake and on my back! She rolled me over on my tummy again just to see for herself and I did it!!! Mommy didnt get any pictures of it because she was trying to take a video on her phone to send to Daddy. He's working out of town again and Mommy wanted to make sure he was able to see it. Grandma Linda says I'm growing up too fast!!!

Teething

I am teething. I chew on my hands all the time since its the only thing close by. Mommy says it makes my fingers stink but it makes me feel better. She started putting orajel on my gums but I don't like that!!!! It doesnt taste very good. Hopefully I will get some teeth soon.

My New Jumparoo

I got a new toy today!!! We went to Target with Grandma today and Daddy bought me a jumparoo!!! He put it together and put me in it and found that my feet don't touch the floor. Mommy took these pictures and then put a pillow under my feet so I can jump. I had so much fun that I fell asleep. Thanks Daddy for my toy!!

My New Chair

Auntie Deanna brought over a chair a few weeks ago that used to be hers. Mommy decided to see if I would sit in it and I did pretty good. I had my shoes on and everything. I did so well, Mommy had a little photo shoot with me. She's as bad as the paparazzi. Thanks Auntie Deanna, I have a feeling I'll be sitting in this chair a lot when I get bigger!!!

4th Of July

Today is the 4th of July!!! Mommy & I went swimming at Aunt Angie's house today, while Daddy went out and bought fireworks. I didn't really like the water at first because it was so cold, but when Mommy got in, I was ok. After a while, I had enough, so we got out and went home. I was super crabby the rest of the day but Mommy & Daddy took me back to watch fireworks. I cried the entire night so I stayed inside. Maybe next year will be better. Mommy went swimming with me

2 Month Checkup

Today is my 2 month checkup. Dr Madden said I weighed 14lb 4oz and am 25 inches tall. I am still spitting up all of my bottles so he gave a a prescription of Zantac. I hope it works, I am tired of spitting up all the time, and Mommy says she is tired of doing so much laundry. I am getting cuter and cuter and am smiling a lot more now.

Party At Great-Grandpa's Beach House

Today, we all went to my great-grandpa Bill's beach house for his annual 4th of July party. My great-grandpa is the retired chief of police for the city of Altamonte Springs so he knows a LOT of people. I only knew a few people there so we stuck with them. It was fun, lots of people held me, I was very spoiled. We were only there a few hours, it was hot outside. I had lots of fun and next year I will be walking and talking!!

BANANAS!!!!!

Mommy gave me bananas today. I have eaten some food before but I did NOT like bananas!!!! Have you ever tried it? Its sour!!!! Mommy should try the food herself before giving it to me.

Grandma Linda & Grandpa Ted Moved In

Grandma Linda & Grandpa Ted & Uncle Trevor moved in today! Mommy & Daddy got us a big house to live in because they knew grandma & grandpa would need somewhere to stay if they were to move down here. And since they moved down here for me, we invited them into our home. I am glad that they are here. Its more people to love me!!!!

First Portraits

Mommy & Auntie Deanna took me to get pictures taken today. I wasn't very happy today, and I spit up on the photographer but she was able to get a few cute pictures of me. Mommy is going to take me back when I am 5 months old to get some more, she thinks I will be happier then.

Happy Father's Day!!

Happy Father's Day Daddy!! Mommy surprised Daddy with a multi frame on the wall of some pictures of me and a new pair of Arnette sunglasses. Daddy left them in Ft Myers when Mommy called him and said her water broke. He left like 10 minutes after she called him (it was a 4 hour drive) and he just kinda tossed everything in a bag, so he forgot them. It was his favorite pair of glasses, so Mommy bought him some new ones. We went out to dinner and just had a quiet day around the house. Daddy has to go back to work tomorrow so we relaxed a little today. I will miss him but know he will be back in a week.

Trying To Crawl

I am trying to crawl a little bit. I can scoot along pretty well. Mommy went downstairs to wash some bottles while I was sleeping and when she came back upstairs, I had crawled underneath the stool and was screaming!!!!! Before Mommy got me out, she got a picture of it. I just cant sit still, I want to explore everything!!!

Slept The Whole Night Through!

I am definately spoiling Mommy. Last night, I slept from 11pm-7:30am!! Mommy & Daddy have put me on a schedule since the day I came home from the hospital so I am adjusting very well. I am awake a lot most of the day now. Mommy says I am a great boy. I do have a red-headed temper, she says, but overall I have a great personality. I play on the floor by myself, I let anyone hold me - but I do have colic. And I scream a lot during the day. Mommy says I'm stressing her out but I'm getting cuter by the day.

One Month Check Up

Today was my one month checkup. I weigh 11lb 4oz and am 23 inches long. I gained almost 2 1/2 pounds and grew almost 2 inches. Mommy put this picture on my blog because its one of her favorites. I have changed so much in one month. I look like a little boy now!!!

My First Smile

I had a bath today. I have had a few before but I scream through all of them. But there is something about my bath towel that I just love. I love it so much, I smiled for the first time!!!! Mommy says my smile melts her heart.

Ate Yogurt Today

Today I ate some yogurt. Mommy's friend Claire thought it might help with my digestive problem. I LOVE this stuff!!! It doesn't help with my problem, but I could gulped right down. I'm four weeks old today and already eating with a spoon. I am turning into such a bog boy!!!!!

Slept Thru The Night

I slept through the night!! Mommy couldn't believe it, she thought she had slept through my cries!!! Mommy and Daddy gave me cereal in my bottle tonight. I have been spitting up most of my bottles so they put cereal in it to make it thicker. So with a full belly, I slept from 9:30pm-4:30am. Daddy fed me at 4:30 and I went right back to sleep until 7:15am. Mommy said she could get used to a schedule like this....but I make the rules around here. Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day Mommy!!! By the way, if you didn't catch it, I am flipping off the camera in this picture. I know, I'm so naughty. Anyways, today is Mother's day and mommy was surprised last night with a BIG diamond ring from Daddy. He went to the jewelry store to get mommy a ring with my birthstone. Well, since I was 2 weeks early, my birthday is in April. And April's birthstone is....a DIAMOND. Mommy thought that was funny but Daddy didnt. None the less, he thought he would show his appreciation with a ring since this is her first Mother's Day. How romantic.

Grandpa Art Is Coming

Grandpa Art came out from Issaquah, WA to see me today!! He came when everyone was busy with funeral arrangements, but this was a planned trip and it was no trouble at all. We showed him around Florida, and introduced him to my Daddy's family. I had lots of fun when he was here. Hopefully, Grandma & Grandpa's house sells quick so they can move here.
