My New Kitty!!!

This is Cali. Mommy & Daddy picked her up at the animal shelter today. She is a Persian Calico. She is 3 years old, but only weighs 6 pounds. Half of her is shaved because she was very dirty and full of knots. She loves me!! She likes to jump in my lap and tickle me with her tail. She just got spayed so we have to be careful with her for a few more days. I am very glad to have a kitty that likes me!!!!! Felix & Kitty don't like me too much, so I'm going to like playing with Cali!!

New Puzzle Table

We took down my ball pit today, and Mommy & Daddy replaced it with a new blue table!! I love the puzzles that Auntie Deanna got me for my birthday. I especially loved hiding them in the bookshelf in the loft. So Mommy got me this table so I can play puzzles there. I love it!! Its right next to my kitchen so I also play with my play food there too.

We Lost A Legend Today

Mommy told me the sad news this afternoon. Michael Jackson died this afterrnoon!! Mommy is in shock, she said that he was her idol as a kid. She loved watching his movies, and singing his songs, and dancing to his music. She asked me to write something special about him on my blog.

As most of you know, my name is Teddy Arthur Jackson Pentz. But what you may not know, is that the Jackson part comes from Michael Jackson. Mommy wanted my middle name to start with a J (just like Daddy's) and she woke up from a dream when she was pregnant with me, and had Michael Jackson on her mind. She called Daddy and asked him what he thought about Teddy Jackson Pentz. He said he liked it. The Arthur came later, after my Grampa.

One day when I'm older, I learn more about Michael Jackson, but for now I'll just watch old MJ videos with Mommy & Daddy.

Mommy, Grandma & Gramma will miss you forever!!!!

I am WALKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its official! I'm now a TODDLER!!! I started walking today and Mommy & Daddy are SO proud of me!! In true typical Lil Teddy fashion, I only walk when I want to, but Mommy said she isn't going to push me. Now she knows I can do it, so she's just gonna let me walk when I want to. And I want to!!!! I walked a lot today and hopefully in about a week, I'll be RUNNING!!!!! I turn 14 months old this Thursday, I'm getting SO BIG!!!

Cookie Monster!!!!

I love Oreos. They are my favorite thing in the whole world. While Mommy was on the phone with Daddy, I snuck over to the table in the loft and stole a cookie. When Mommy hung up the phone and for some reason, she knew what I had done. I tried to look innocent, but it didn't work! She told me I needed to do a better job at getting the whole cookie in my mouth and not on my face.

Climbing, Doodling & A Trip To The E.R.

I've been climbing on everything I can get my hands on lately. Mommy says I'm just like a little monkey. My latest fascination is climbing in my cozy coupe. I climb in it, flip it over and usually I get stuck. Mommy caught me on camera this time so Daddy can see why I ended up in the E.R. I got stuck in the car, and only had one hand free. I was freaking out, so Mommy tried to get me out quickly. I hurt my right arm in the fall, but Mommy didn't know. I am always crabby right before bedtime, but I woke up screaming at midnight. Mommy came and got me, but noticed I wasn't moving my arm. She took me to the hospital and a pretty Dr fixed me right up. I had nurse maid's elbow, so it was pretty easy to fix. I was better almost immediately, went back home and went to bed around 3am. This morning while I was playing, Mommy told me that my new friend Harlow was born at the same time I was in the hospital, so I drew her a pretty picture on my Doodle Pro.

Cute Boy

I am now wearing 2t clothes!! Mommy says I'm such a big boy!! I am 13 months old and getting smarter each day. I can say "more" "milk" & "eat" in sign language as well as saying a few words. I can point out where my belly button is and if you ask me where my nose is, I stick my finger up my nostril. So silly!!! I'm not walking yet but am SO CLOSE!!! Mommy stopped practicing with me until Daddy comes back home this weekend. I want Daddy and Mommy to both be home when I officially become a toddler.

Two New Teeth

Can you see them? They are MOLARS!!!!!!! I now have 10 teeth with 2 more molars on their way and my 4 eye teeth will pop out any day as well! I've been kinda grumpy because my mouth hurts lately, but when I smile, you can see my pearly whites!!!

Our Newest Pet

This is what Daddy found in our backyard! It is a 2ft alligator!! I stayed in the house while Mommy fed it bread and steak. He didn't like any of it, but he was hungry. Hopefully he gets some food before the trappers come and take him away.
