My Halloween Costume

I am going to be a policeman for Halloween. Its my 1st Halloween and Mommy is going to take me to downtown Sanford for a parade. She said that her & Daddy bought the costume from the Army/Navy store when she was 6 months pregnant with me. She said it was so cute they couldnt pass it up. She bought me these black shoes and ordered me some handcuffs and a siren that can attach to my stroller. I'm going to be the cutest little policeman ever!!! I'm too young for candy but its Mommy's favorite holiday so I like it too!!!

New Toy Bucket

I have so many stuffed animals now that Mommy had to buy me another toy bucket. This one is bigger!! You can barely see me in this one!! Mommy put me in here because I wouldn't stop crying. As soon as I sat in here, I stopped and started chewing in my Elephant's trunk. I'm a strange boy, I know that!!!!!

SMILES!!!

I have been such a happy boy lately. I have my moments, and I can be extremely stubborn, but most of the time I am a good & happy boy. I am good whenever Mommy takes me to run errands, even when old people get right up in my face trying to make me smile. Its creepy and I don't smile, but I don't cry either. Mommy said she is lucky to have such a good little boy.

These links are so much fun! I really enjoy them. I like shaking them and eating them, of course. I have about 6 packs of them. Mommy has a set on my car seat, my stroller, the high chair, Grandma Tammy & Grandpa Art's house, and all over our house. Sometimes they really have a mind of their own and end up in weird places.

Someone Needs To Relax

I love my bed. Sometimes, when I can't calm down, Mommy will put me in here to chill. I lay in here and sing, and talk to myself, and of course- sleep. As you can see, I am super relaxed.

Picture Of My Tooth

Mommy tried to get a picture of my first tooth, so Daddy pried my mouth open. You can barely see it. Mommy should have just waited one more week, because my second tooth popped out 8 days later!! When Daddy comes home from work next week, Mommy will try to get more pictures.

I Got Stuck!

Lately, I have been rolling all over the floor to get around. I love it! All the freedom! Somehow, I managed to get stuck underneath my car seat. This wasn't the first time I had done this, remember I got stuck underneath a stool when I was 7 weeks old. (June 12 blog) I tried to act casual at first, but after Mommy took a picture, she got me out.

Grandma & Grandpa Come Over To Play

Today, Grandma Tammy & Grandpa Art came over for a visit. Grandma had never seen my house, plus they wanted to hang out with me. What can I say? I'm popular. Anyways, Mommy FINALLY got the picutres she wanted. I didn't smile in any of them, but I was very tired and Mommy kept me up just to take these. I had fun, and hope they come again soon!

Sitting Up

So I'm getting a little better at sitting. I can only sit by myself if I'm hunched forward but that squishes my belly.

On another note, I am thiiiiiis close to crawling! I can get my legs moving like I'm supposed to but I don't move my arms. I kinda just fall on my face or roll over, both of these frustrate me. Mommy tries to help me but I don't get it yet. But watch out! I'll get it soon!

Attack Of The Cabbage Patch

Mommy has been looking for a Cabbage Patch that looks like me and Grandma Linda found an original 1984 doll! Mommy put new clothes on him to protect the originals but I'm scared of him. He really creeps me out!! Mommy tried to get pictures of me and him but I wasn't having any of it!! Mommy better do something about this boy because he's not allowed in my room anymore!

My Balloon

This is my balloon. Mommy bought it for me over 2 weeks ago when I saw it in a store. I stared at it for so long, she gave in and bought it. I love it! Everytime it catches my eye, I can't stop staring at it. Its so fascinating!!!

Tooth

So after 3 months of teething I FINALLY got my first tooth!!! I have been crabby for the past 3 days, and Mommy was concerned. Then she saw me chomping on Grandma Linda's finger like a cannibal and she came to the conclusion that I was getting a tooth. The next morning it popped out! Now Mommy has to warn people when I try to chew on their fingers. I am so happy now and not crabby at all!! I'm sure I'll be getting more teeth shortly but for now I will laugh and play!!

New Sleepybear

Grandma Tammy bought me a new bear. His name is Sleepybear and he is as soft as a pillow. I love him!! He is light enough for me to carry. He goes everywhere I go!! He even sleeps in my bed! Mommy snuck in my room and got this picture. Thanks Grandma for my baby!!

Playdate With Ian

Today I had a playdate with Ian. Mommy and I met Ian & Angela at Target. We hung out together and let all the ladies hold us. Ian is so fun!! He smiles at everyone. I had gotten shots a few days before so I was a little shy. we played until I fell asleep!! I had a lot of fun and can't wait until next time!!!

4 Month Checkup

I got shots today. I was such a brave boy, I didn't even cry! Dr. Madden said I weighed 17lb 10oz and I am 27 inches long. I'm in the 90th percentile of 4 month olds. He checked my chest and looked for teeth, and said I looked good!! After my appointment, I was so crabby!! Those shots really messed me up!! But I don't have to go back until December 1.

Grandma Tammy & Grandpa Art Move

I'm so cute and charming that people from all over the United States are moving to FL to be with me! Grandma Tammy & Grandpa Art sold their home in WA to move here!!!!!!! Their new home is about 25 minutes away from me, and they are super excited!!!! I had met Grandpa Art when I was first born but I had never met Grandma Tammy before. I went to meet her and was so excited I spit up all over her!! Mommy didn't think that was very nice, but it was just my way of welcoming her to the family!!! Mommy forgot the camera so she didn't get any pictures yet, but she promises she will!!!!!

4 Months Old Today!!

Today is my 4 month birthday! Mommy can't believe how big I am getting!! I am a lot more fun now, I smile and laugh most of the time when you talk to me and LOVE playing with Daddy!!! I can't wait to get bigger and I can have more fun!!!!!!!

Bumbo Chair

This is my new chair. Since I'm so wiggly, Mommy & Daddy bought me this seat to help me learn to sit. I don't like it because I cant climb out of it. Give me a few days, I will figure out how to get out of it soon....

Home From Atlanta!!

We are home!!!! Since Mommy drove on the way up, Daddy drove on the way back. Which was good because it was pouring most of the way, and Mommy was really nervous. We went to the Georgia Aquarium this morning. It was really pretty there. I looked at the colorful fish and Mommy let me touch a starfish. After the aquarium, we started the drive home. We made it home at 7pm to find that the entire downstairs of our home was damaged from Tropical Storm Fay!!! It turned out, that while we were in Atlanta, TS Fay left and returned to the state 4 times!!! Sanford got 16 inches of rain!!! Other places got up to 3 feet of water!!! We live near the riverwalk of Sanford crested over and spilled into the street. So, while I was happy to be home in my own bed, Mommy and Daddy now have to deal with the water damage.

Tropical Storm Fay & Atlanta

There is a tropical storm coming. This will be my first tropical storm/hurricaine. Since Daddy is in Atlanta, we were just going to ride out the strom at home with Grandma Linda & Grandpa Ted, but Daddy told Mommy to come to Atlanta!! Mommy really wanted to go to the Atlanta Aquarium, so we packed up our stuff and got ready for the 8 hour drive. We left at 7pm, which was about an hour before the storm was to hit Orlando. I slept almost the whole way there, Mommy said I was a very good boy. We made it to Atlanta at 2am, and I slept the rest of the night!

Daddy's Birthday

Tomorrow is Daddy's Birthday! He is leaving for Atlanta tomorrow so we celebrated his birthday today!!!! I decided to have some fun with him before he left. I like hanging out with Daddy, he knows how to make me laugh!!! I will miss him this week but I know he will be back on Saturday!!!! Happy Birthday Daddy!!!!!

Naughty Baby!!

I am such a naughty boy!! I figured out how to climb out of my bounce chair!! Mommy & Daddy are really in trouble now! I can already roll all over the floor and now I can climb out of chairs. I will be walking in no time!!!!

Rolling Over The Other Way

Mommy & Grandma Linda always said that I was extra active. I must agree with them. I never stop moving!! I learned how to roll over from my back to my tummy! I am 2 months ahead of schedule!!! I love doing it too! I just roll back and forth, back and forth. I need my practice If I want to learn how to crawl faster. Mommy says my next milestone is sitting up but we both agree that it might be a while for that. I can't stay still long enough to sit!!!
