Nothing But Trouble

Once again, I got into something I wasn't supposed to and I got stuck. But I didn't care. I'm ALMOST crawling, I practice all the time but I can't figure out how to make my arms work at the same time as my legs. Pretty soon Mommy is going to have to worry. She knows it too. She bought a Superyard XL Baby Gate today. Its the kind that kinda looks like the fence in a petting zoo. Baby jail, Daddy calls it. I don't find that amusing. But they told me its not to block me in, its to keep me away from the Christmas Tree.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Turkey Day everyone!! This was my first Thanksgiving, and I LOVED it! There were lots of family here that spoiled me and fed me yummy foods. I ate green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, potato roll, and last but not least- some pumpkin pie. I was a good boy today and was very thankful to spend this holiday with Mommy, Daddy and everyone I love!

The Cutest Reindeer You've Ever Seen

So Mommy needed some pictures to use for my Great-Grandpa's Christmas presents, so shebought a pair of reindeer ears and grabbed her camera. I was in such a great mood, Mommy took these pictures at the best time because she got about 30 of them and I'm smiling in ALL of them!! She and Daddy didn't even have to try to make me laugh. And I got a candy cane for being such a good boy. I love those things!!

Turkey Hat

Mommy & Grandma Linda are having Thanksgiving at our house this year. Lots of family will be here, including Grandma Tammy & Grandpa Art. It will be a big day and I am excited to eat all the food! Mommy wanted to make some invitations and since she couldn't find me a turkey costume (thank goodness!) and didn't have time to make one, she bought me this turkey hat. It is very silly and when she put it on me, everyone started laughing. Mommy used the best picture and sent out the invitations.

Santa Claus

Daddy came home from Mississippi late last night!! I was so happy to see him I was screaming loud and wiggly until it was time for bed. I miss him a lot. But today we woke up, and I ate some waffles (my favorite) and then Daddy took Mommy and me to the mall to see Santa Claus! I was such a good boy, I didn't cry! Santa has a big red, fuzzy suit and I sat on his lap and petted him. For those that have met me, you know I like to feel and pet everything. I sat on his lap for a few minutes. He was very nice to me. I smiled in my picture and melted the hearts of everyone around. Daddy rolled his eyes and said I was a charmer. He knows me best. Santa told me I was a good boy and to have a Merry Christmas!

Sitting Better

I am sitting a lot better now.
I am sitting straighter and my back is stronger.

All this sitting has made Mommy realize that maybe I need some bigger diapers. This is not my "better side".

Dada

Last night I suprised Mommy by saying "Dada". I have been saying Mama for 2 months now, but it was the first time she heard me say dada. Daddy is still in Mississippi so he wasn't home to hear me, but Mommy recorded it it and sent it to Daddy. He was very happy. All of my jibberish is finally starting to make sense to them!

Family Portraits

Hello Everyone!!! A few weeks ago, we went to get our family Christmas portraits taken. And they came out very nice. I got lots of hugs & kisses because I cooperated the whole afternoon!! Here is just a few sneaks of some pictures. Mommy doesn't want to give them all away because she is going to pass them out for Christmas...Enjoy the sneak peak!!!

Mommy Voted Today

Today, Mommy voted. I didn't go because Mommy thought it would take a long time, so she went while I took a nap. She was only gone 20 minutes, she didn't have to wait at all. Mommy is very proud of all the history made today, and she said she is glad that I was born in such an exciting and historic year. She let me stay up until we found out the results and when they announced Barack Obama as our new president she smiled and gave me a big hug and told me that the world we live in will get better.

Happy Halloween!!

Happy Halloween everyone!! I hope everyone had a great day. We were busy all day. First Daddy & Mommy wanted to go to Sears, and since its Halloween, they put me in my costume and took me to the mall. We went to Sears, and to the food court for lunch. Before we left, Mommy found out when some guy named Santa Claus was coming to the mall. I don't know who he is, but she says I have to take a picture with him next weekend. After we went home I took a looong nap. Daddy had to leave for Mississippi today, so Mommy packed his things, while Daddy relaxed for a little bit before his 14 hour drive. He will be gone for 2 weeks.

After he left, we had some dinner and went to toys r us. They were having a sale, & Mommy can't pass up a sale. I got to meet Geoffrey the Giraffe!! And I didn't cry!! Mommy was so proud of me.

When we came home, it was time to pass out candy!!! SInce I had drooled over my police uniform, Mommy changed me into my m&m onesie. Mommy, Grandma Linda & Uncle Trevor got Felix & Kitty in the Halloween spirit and dressed them up in their rooster costume. As you can see, they did not enjoy it one bit. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!!
